Fitness Center

Located on the Lower Level of the ARC, the fitness center features a wide range of equipment and fitness classes available to currently enrolled ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and University of Washington Bothell students. Faculty and staff from both institutions can purchase a Fitness Center Membership.

Don't forget locker room access, snacks, and more!

Intramural Activities

Intramural activities specialize in sport, card, board, and alternative gaming for Cascadia and UW Bothell participants of all skill levels. We host weekly leagues, 1-3 day tournaments, and special events.

Outdoor Wellness

Outdoor Wellness provides programming designed to push boundaries, increase knowledge and develop skills for responsible participation in outdoor activities. 

Cascadia and UW Bothell students have access to programs, events, trips, and free outdoor gear rentals! What are you waiting for? Go adventure! 

Health and Wellness Resource Center

The Health and Wellness Resource Center (HaWRC) provides on and off campus resource connections, financial coaching, peer health education, sexual and relationship violence prevention and advocacy, and public benefits enrollment through a partnership with the United Way Benefits Hub.

The Activities & Recreation Center is proud to support the programs and events of the student clubs and organizations at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and the University of Washington Bothell.

The ARC has several spaces for meetings and rentals, and wide variety of equipment available.
